With over 20 years in IT service, project, and customer management, I’ve led cross-cultural teams and high-stakes initiatives through complex change. My coaching combines practical leadership insight with evidence-based frameworks, underpinned by formal training in Coaching Psychology (MSc) and ICF professional accreditation. This combination of practical insight and proven frameworks helps clients cut through complexity, make confident decisions, and achieve meaningful results.

That belief is shaped by my own journey, arriving in Australia as an international student from Malaysia, learning to find my footing as a young professional, and later leading across cultures. Along the way, I discovered that culture isn’t something you set aside. Diversity isn’t a story we tell; it’s the life we live. That lived reality shapes the way I coach, helping clients move forward with clarity and resilience, without losing who they are.
